Connect Locally. Collaborate Nationally. Engage Globally.
The Women Security & Open-Source Intelligence Network is a first-of-its-kind initiative by NESST envisioned as a one-stop platform connecting women experts, researchers, practitioners, and emerging professionals across Pakistan working in security, strategy, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), emerging technologies (AI, Cyber, Quantum), and related fields.
At its core, the Network will focus first on strengthening local-to-local linkages – helping women across Pakistan discover each other’s expertise, connect across institutions and disciplines, collaborate on research and policy initiatives, exchange knowledge, and access mentorship and professional opportunities.
Building on this national community, the Network will subsequently foster local-to-global linkages, connecting Pakistani women experts with international researchers, institutions, organizations, and professional networks. It will also provide international stakeholders with a dedicated avenue to identify and engage relevant women experts from Pakistan.
More than a directory, the Network is envisioned as a living professional community that connects expertise within Pakistan and creates pathways from local participation to global engagement.
